1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jaja9 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the jaja9 website and all associated services available at https://jaja9.club. By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of jaja9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using jaja9 and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. jaja9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2.Eligibility

To register and use jaja9, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements. jaja9 reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time and to refuse or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jaja9 does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing jaja9 from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, whether administered by jaja9 or any other gambling operator, at the time of registration or during any period of active play.
• You must register only one account per person. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all funds and immediate account closure.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close relative of a jaja9 employee. Such persons are not permitted to hold or use a player account.

jaja9 uses identity verification procedures (KYC) to confirm eligibility. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method before your account is fully verified and withdrawals are processed.

3.Account Registration and Security

To access jaja9 games and place bets, you must register a player account. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are prohibited from impersonating any other person or using false identity details. jaja9 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to suspend or close accounts where discrepancies are identified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. jaja9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jaja9 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your jaja9 account and update it regularly. Do not share your password with any third party.
• You must inform jaja9 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Account information, including your registered mobile number and payment details, must be kept up to date. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.
• jaja9 may ask you to complete two-factor authentication (2FA) at any point. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended and may be required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

jaja9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, suspected of fraudulent activity, or involved in any form of abuse of the platform. In such cases, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

jaja9 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. jaja9 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. jaja9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours (9 am – 9 pm BST).
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically processed within 1–4 hours during business hours.
• Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard): processed within 1–3 business days, subject to the issuing bank's timeline.
• jaja9 reserves the right to apply a minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold may be declined.

jaja9 will not process withdrawals to accounts or payment methods that are not registered to the same person who holds the jaja9 account. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited. Any funds suspected of being linked to money laundering, fraud, or abuse of bonuses may be frozen pending investigation, and jaja9 reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

jaja9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jaja9 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games are specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• jaja9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already accepted the bonus and begun fulfilling wagering requirements will not be disadvantaged.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across accounts, using automated betting strategies, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6.Responsible Gaming

jaja9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a means of financial gain or a way to resolve financial difficulties. All players are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit limits, time limits, and to use the self-exclusion tools available within the jaja9 platform.

jaja9 enforces a strict minimum age policy of 21 years. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and any winnings forfeited. Age verification may be requested at any time. • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out period the account is fully inaccessible.
• Self-exclusion: Players may permanently self-exclude from jaja9 by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months and jaja9 will take reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from re-registering.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jaja9. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, using another person's identity or payment details, or providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any software, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage, exploit a software error, or interfere with the normal operation of jaja9 games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or circumvent the platform's fairness controls.
• Using jaja9 for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds from illegal sources or attempting to disguise the origin of funds through gaming activity.
• Accessing jaja9 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to mask your true location, or otherwise circumventing geographic access controls.

jaja9 employs advanced monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, jaja9 reserves the right to void bets, reverse transactions, freeze account balances, and take legal action where warranted. Decisions made by jaja9 in respect of prohibited conduct are final.

8.Intellectual Property

All content available on jaja9, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of jaja9 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jaja9 for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from jaja9 without the prior written consent of jaja9. Unauthorized use of jaja9 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jaja9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use jaja9, even if jaja9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jaja9's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10.Amendments to These Terms

jaja9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jaja9 will provide notice via the platform website. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of jaja9 after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11.Governing Law and Disputes
